Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Lahore: 1–2 Business Days
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar): 2–4 Business Days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during sales, Eid, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999
Flat Shipping Fee: Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 4,999

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer is unavailable, it may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will assist you with a replacement or exchange.
